Project Overview

The 7-Eleven Food and Beverage Modernization program consists of transforming the Hot Food Stations from a ‘Staff Serve’ model to a ‘Self Serve’ model plus, upgrading and relocating the Hot Beverage Station equipment. The 90 stores are all in Alberta, with 30 to be completed in early December 2024, and 60 slated for 2025.

Self Serve Hot Food Program - Techni-Craft is responsible for:

  • Managing the project and coordinating with subcontractors, including electrical and plumbing services
  • Receiving, warehousing, inspecting, staging, and delivering new equipment from various manufacturers
  • Installing self-serve hot food display cases
  • Setting up self-serve roller grills, bun warmers, roller grill counters, and sneeze guards
  • Installing new counters
  • Coordinating electricians to run electrical and data cables for new digital menu boards
  • Removal and disposal of all unwanted equipment and counters

Hot Beverage Program - Techni-Craft is responsible for:

  • Managing the project and coordinating with subcontractors, including electrical and plumbing services for select equipment
  • Receiving, warehousing, inspecting, staging, and delivering new equipment from various manufacturers
  • Relocating existing coffee equipment as per customer store layout
  • Installing new 3-head milk dispensers, and hot water dispensers
  • Removal and disposal of all unwanted equipment
