Project Overview

  • Performed equipment life cycle evaluation.
  • Long term benefits proved more cost effective to upgrade equipment due to evaporator leaks, age of components, system performance, and overall condition.
  • Coordinate crane, remove and replace rooftop condensing unit, and both evaporators inside walk-in cooler.
  • Upgrade control wiring, utilize existing high voltage electrical connections to reduce unneeded costs to client.
